757.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense. In addition, the permit issued hereunder may be withdrawn by the City Administration for any such violation.
