(a) No earth station shall be erected in the front or side yard of any structures, nor any closer than ten feet from any lot line.
(b) No earth station shall be erected on the roof top of any structure, except on a flat roof of 30,000 square feet or more. When an earth station is to be erected on the roof, if, in the opinion of the Building Inspector, the earth station can be seen from ground level at a distance of 200 feet or more from the building, the applicant shall be required to screen the station from view or move the station to a different location.
(c) No earth station shall be linked to receivers which are not located on the same lot or premises as the earth station.
(d) Such earth station or antennas shall contain no graphic message or advertising.
