(a) Any person, firm or corporation which desires to construct, erect, or otherwise place a dish-type, satellite signal-receiving earth station in the City must apply to the Building Inspector for a permit to do so.
(b) The Building Inspector shall issue such permit, provided that the applicant submits a written application upon a form provided by the Building Inspector, together with a plot plan of the lot or parcel of land, showing the exact location of the proposed earth station, and the location of all buildings and other structures on the lot or parcel and on other adjoining lands; if any such structures are within fifty feet of any proposed earth station site; a complete description of the type of earth station proposed to be installed; and a set of construction plans and specifications which shall show the proposed location, the height above the surface of the ground and in relation to other structures, and the method of construction or placement of such station. Such set of plans and specifications shall contain the name, address and phone number of the person who prepared the plans and specifications.
(c) The application shall contain the names, addresses and phone numbers of the applicant, the owner of the land and the contractor or business entity that will perform the installation of the earth station.
