751.06 DISPLAYING RATES; EXCESSIVE CHARGES.

Every taxicab shall display at all times a printed list of the fares and rates to be charged passengers for transportation which shall not be in excess of the schedule of rates furnished the Municipality in connection with the application for the license hereunder except when an increase in rates is approved by Council.
