741.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a fourth degree misdemeanor on the first offense and shall be guilty of a first degree misdemeanor for the second or subsequent offenses. In addition, his or her license shall be revoked by the Mayor.
