Whoever violates any of the rules, regulations, or orders issued pursuant to the foregoing sections of this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense. In addition, the permit issued hereunder may be withdrawn by the City Administration for any such violation.
