In order to ensure full and continuing compliance with any and all of the provisions of this chapter, the applicant and his agents, employees or assignees, and the owner of the property upon which any such well site is located, shall not deny entry to, nor in any way interfere with, the City Building and Zoning Inspector, any other City inspector, any representative of the City Police or Fire Departments, the City Law Director, the City Administrator, or members of Council at such site for purposes of inspection.
