733.04 FALSE BIDDING AND MISREPRESENTATION; LICENSE REVOCATION.
   (a)    If any licensee hires or permits false bidders for the purpose of encouraging other bidders, it shall be a violation of this chapter and sufficient authority for the Mayor to revoke the license. If any licensee makes false or fraudulent representations as to the value or quality of any article offered for sale, it shall be a violation of this chapter and sufficient authority for the Mayor to revoke the license.
   (b)    All goods, wares and merchandise shall be sold by individual pieces. It shall be a violation of this chapter to sell a number of different articles in one sale and sufficient authority for the Mayor to revoke the license.
   (c)    The auctioneer shall be responsible for traffic control surrounding the auction site, shall provide adequate parking and shall maintain order and decorum during the proceedings.
   (d)    In all cases where any provision of this chapter is violated and the license is revoked, no part of the fee paid for the license shall be refunded to the licensee.
