541.08 VIOLATING REGULATIONS IN CEMETERIES.

(a) No person shall willfully violate any rule or regulation with reference to the protection, good order and preservation of any municipal cemetery, and trees, shrubbery, structures and adornments therein.

(ORC 1721.19; Ord. 6-1955. Passed 3-4-55.)

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree.
