(a) The Chief of Police, any other police officer or other authorized enforcement official designated by the Chief of Police shall conduct periodic compliance checks to insure compliance with the requirements of Sectiona 531.04-531.05.
(b) Every act or omission constituting a violation of this Chapter by any agent, employee and/or representative of any licensed vendor shall be deemed and held to be the act of the licenses vendor and such licenses vendor may be prosecuted in the same manner as if such act or omission had been done or omitted by the licensed vendor personally.
