The smoking of cigarettes, cigars, pipes and other tobacco or tobacco by-products is prohibited in the following areas:
(a) Any area in which a fire or safety hazard exists.
(b) Common areas including elevators, hallways, stairwells, lobbies, waiting rooms, copier rooms, mail rooms, auditoriums, reception areas, service areas and restrooms.
(c) Classrooms and conference rooms.
(d) Any other area where a "No Smoking" sign has been placed by the Administration of the City.
