(a) The Director of Public Services, in conjunction with the Mayor, is hereby authorized and directed to promulgate in cooperation with the Division of Water of the City of Cleveland such regulations as are deemed necessary to protect the supply of water in the City of Twinsburg to include charge of total or partial limitation of the watering of lawns and other water usage by consumers of water provided by the City of Cleveland deemed unnecessary.
(b) Such regulations shall become effective upon posting by the Clerk of Council at the sites set forth in Section 113.02 and upon notification of appropriate news media.
(c) Any violation of such regulations is a minor misdemeanor.
