521.06 SNOW REMOVAL.
   (a)    Every person who owns or has real property under his control which abounds and abuts upon a public sidewalk within the street right of way shall reasonably keep and maintain such public sidewalk free and clear from accumulations of ice, snow or other obstructions. Every person shall remove such accumulations within twenty-four (24) hours after the cessation of an ice or snow storm.
   (b)   No such person owning or controlling real property or otherwise engaged in the activity of snow control or snow removal shall cause accumulations of snow to be removed from the private portion of such premises onto any public street, sidewalks, street right of way or any other public lands whatsoever.
   (c)    Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
