(a) Whoever violates any section of Chapter 351 for which no specific penalty is provided shall be fined ten dollars ($10.00), if such fine is paid within five days. If not paid within five days the fine shall be fifteen dollars ($15.00). After thirty days the fine shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00).
(b) Whoever violates the provisions of Section 351.04(f) herein shall be guilty of a parking violation subject to a fine of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).
(c) Whoever violates the provisions of Section 351.03(q) herein (fire lane) shall be guilty of a parking violation subject to a fine of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).
