351.10 PARKING IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS.
   (a)   No person shall park overnight a bus, school bus, trailer, commercial tractor or trailer, semitrailer, pole trailer, moving van or recreational vehicle including travel trailer, motor home and truckcamper on any private lot or premises that are zoned for residential purposes; within an area bounded by the side lot lines, the boundary line of the public right of way easement line parallel to the easement boundary line and fifteen feet from such boundary line in the direction of the rear property line.
   (b)   No person shall park a school bus, commercial tractor, agricultural tractor, truck of more than one ton capacity, bus, trailer, semitrailer, pole trailer or moving van on any street within the residential districts of the Municipality between one hour after sunset and one hour before sunrise.
   (c)   Any and all vehicles except agricultural vehicles, that are or have been constructed to be portable must be removed from the premises at least a total of two weeks each year (which can be one day at a time) no matter where they are parked on premises. Such vehicles shall be currently licensed, properly maintained and in an operable condition.
   (d)   No such vehicle when so parked or stored shall be used as a temporary or permanent dwelling except if the vehicle may be used for overnight guests or if someone visiting has a vehicle as described above.
