345.07 AUTHORITY OBTAINED FROM PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION OF OHIO.

No motor transportation company or private motor carrier shall operate any motor vehicle for the transportation of persons or property, or both, for hire on any road, street or highway in the Municipality without first obtaining authority from the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio.
