345.06 LIABILITY INSURANCE.

No motor transportation company or private carrier shall operate any motor vehicle for the Municipality without having in full force and effect a liability insurance certificate, policy or bond satisfactory to the Public Utilities Commission of the State of Ohio as required by law.
