No motor transportation company or private motor carrier shall operate a motor vehicle on the roads, streets or highways of the Municipality without having displayed on both sides thereof in such places as to be easily seen by anyone wishing to identify the vehicle, the following in letters and figures not less than two inches in height and three-eighths of an inch in width:
(a) Company number of vehicle;
(b) Company name, location and state;
(c) Such information as to the type and number of permit as may be required by the rules and regulations of the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio, as per Administrative Order No. 125, Rule 62.
