345.04 COMPLIANCE WITH PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION OF OHIO.

No motor transportation company or private motor carrier shall operate a motor vehicle upon the roads, streets or highways of the Municipality without carrying a log book, safety equipment and anything else in conformity with all other rules and regulations as prescribed by the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio.
