345.03 ANNUAL TAX CARD OR DECAL.

No motor transportation company or private motor carrier shall operate any motor vehicle for the transportation of persons or property, or both, for hire on any road, street or highway in the Municipality without carrying thereon an annual tax card or decal as required by law and/or by any order or rule of the Public Utilities Commission of the State of Ohio.
