The applicant for a permit to keep or maintain animals in the City shall pay to the City Clerk upon granting of such permit a fee of five dollars ($5.00) per animal, or two dollars ($2.00) per rabbit or fowl, for each year or part of a year preceding the following first day of March. The permit will then be renewable on March 1 of each following year for five dollars ($5.00) per animal or two dollars ($2.00) per rabbit or fowl, per year. (Ord. 2408, 6-7-1993)
