§ 158.05 REMOVAL OF STAKE, POST, OR CORNER STONE.
   Whoever willfully changes or removes any stake, post, or stone placed or set to designate the corner or line of any lot or tract of land, street, alley, or sidewalk, or to show the grade of any street, alley, or sidewalk, shall be subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99.
