§ 158.04 WATER UPON SIDEWALKS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to permit the water falling or draining from any building to fall upon or spread over the adjoining sidewalk. ('69 Code, § 23-6)
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to dam up, obstruct or change the natural current of any watercourse within the city, or dam up or obstruct any ditch, sewer, drain, or culvert established by authority of the City Council, to the detriment or damage of or potential detriment or damage of any street, sidewalk, alley or other premises.
