§ 158.03 ENCROACHING ENCLOSURES.
   (A)   No person shall build or cause to be built any building obstruction or enclosure encroaching in whole or in part upon any street, alley, or sidewalk.
   (B)   The owner of any building, erection, or enclosure already erected or placed or encroaching upon any street, alley, or sidewalk, who does not remove such structure after 30 days' notice by the Mayor to do so, shall be subject to penalty as provided by § 10.99.
