Within 30 days after the required public hearing the Zoning Board of Appeals shall either approve, approve with conditions, or disapprove the request for appeal or variation. The Board shall further make a finding that the reasons set forth in the application justify the granting of the variation in that they are necessary to make possible a reasonable use of the land, building, or structure. Recourse from Board decisions shall be to the courts.
