§ 113.15 SALE OF WATCHES, PLATES, OR JEWELRY.
   It shall be the duty of every auctioneer who offers for sale any watch, plate, or jewelry of any kind, to announce in a loud voice to the persons present whether the merchandise is gold, gold plate, silver, silverplate, or base metal. This announcement shall be made before proceeding to sell the merchandise. Every auctioneer who offers for sale any watch, plate or other jewelry, without making such announcement shall be punished as provided by law.
