§ 113.10 LICENSE NONTRANSFERABLE; LICENSE TO BE POSTED.
   (A)   No license issued under the provisions of this chapter shall be transferable, or be held to authorize any person other than the one named therein to sell or cry goods at auction. In no case shall any license be held to authorize two persons to sell under it at one time, or to cover more than one place of business, or to authorize auction sales at any other than the regular place of business as set out in the application for license.
   (B)   The license shall in all cases be posted in a conspicuous place where the sale is to be held.
