§ 111.23 HOURS.
   (A)   Generally. Except as otherwise provided in this section, it shall be unlawful to keep open or permit to be open or to permit the public to remain within or to admit the public to any place where alcoholic liquor is sold or is or might be offered for sale between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
   (B)   Exceptions.
      (1)   A restaurant, hotel, motel, or licensee permitted to sell alcoholic liquor at retail in the original package and not for consumption on the licensed premises may remain open except as to the retail sale of alcoholic liquor during the prescribed hours.
      (2)   On New Year’s Eve, licensees may remain open until 2:00 a.m. on New Year’s Day.
