Any person, firm, corporation, partnership, or club violating any provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than $25, nor more than $500, for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. This section shall not be a limitation on any other action or proceeding which may be lawfully brought or conducted.
