§ 111.20 LICENSE REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful to sell or offer for sale in the city any alcoholic liquor without having a license issued under and pursuant to this chapter, or in violation of the terms of such license, or in violation of any provisions of this chapter or any laws or regulations in connection therewith.
