§ 110.02 USE OF FALSE WEIGHTS AND MEASURES.
   It shall be unlawful to knowingly use any false scales, beam, weight, or measure in the purchase, sale, receipt, or delivery of any goods, articles, or property, purchased, or sold, received, or delivered by weight or measure, knowing the weight or measure to be materially inaccurate and different from the standard prescribed by the laws of the state, or to sell or deliver any goods, articles, or property, sold or delivered by weight or measure and purporting to be a certain weight or measure, knowing it to be materially less than the true weight or measure for which it was sold or delivered.
