§ 92.13 BOATING.
   Boating shall be allowed upon the lake in Wimple Park subject to the following restrictions:
   (A)   No person under the age of 18 shall operate a boat or watercraft of any type unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
   (B)   Boating shall only be allowed between sunrise and sunset, as those times are determined and published by the Illinois Department of Natural Resources.
   (C)   Gasoline or other internal combustion motors are not allowed to be operated on any boat on the lake in Wimple Park. Electric “trolling” motors are allowed.
   (D)   All boats shall be launched only from the ramp at the northwest corner of the lake in Wimple Park. Only those boats, trailers, and tow vehicles that are appropriately sized for the ramp are allowed to use it.
   (E)   The State of Illinois Boat Registration and Safety Act (ILCS Ch. 625, Act 45, §§ 1 et seq.) applies in all regards, without limitation, to boating regulated herein.
