(A) Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of §§ 92.01 through 92.03 shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $5 nor more than $25, for each offense. ('69 Code, § 19-20) (Ord. 70-0-7, passed 8-10-70)
(B) Any person who violates any provision of § 92.04 shall, upon conviction, be punished as provided in § 10.99, provided, that in no case shall the fine be less than $50 for each offense.
