No person of the age of 12 years or under shall fish in the lake at Wimple Park unless accompanied by and under the direct supervision and control of a parent, guardian, or person of the age of 18 years or more approved by the parent or guardian of the child. No person fishing in the lake at Wimple Park shall use or employ more than two poles or lines with no more than two hooks per line or pole at any one time, nor shall any pole or line used for fishing be left unattended.
