§ 52.49 NAMES OF STREETS AND ALLEYS.

Proposed streets which are obviously in alignment with, or continuations of, existing streets already named shall bear the same name as the existing streets. Names shall be chosen to avoid confusion between streets; in no case shall the name of a proposed new street duplicate the name of an existing street. All names shall be approved by the City Council.
