Any person, partnership, or corporation who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $500 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues, or the provisions of this chapter may be enforced by relief at law or in equity.
