§ 52.46 PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.

All plans and specifications for the design and construction of streets shall be prepared by a registered professional engineer. The plans shall conform to minimum design policies established by the Illinois Department of Transportation and city design policies as established by this subchapter.
