§ 52.35 PERMIT REQUIRED; FEE.

Any person desiring to install, replace, or modify any curbing or public right-of-way shall apply for and obtain a permit therefor. The fee for the permit shall be $5 to be paid to the City Clerk. (‘69 Code, § 23-60) (Ord. 77-0-9, passed 11-28-77) Penalty, see § 52.99
