It shall be the purpose and function of the Liquor Control Advisory Committee to maintain surveillance over the operations of all licensees, to report any violations to the Mayor, and to make recommendations concerning any modifications of the liquor control ordinances which may be indicated, to the end that the objects and purposes of those ordinances may be more completely effectuated.
