LIQUOR CONTROL ADVISORY COMMITTEE
§ 32.20 LIQUOR CONTROL ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
   There is created a Liquor Control Advisory Committee. The Committee shall consist of five members, one of whom shall be chosen from among the clergy in this city, one from among the professions, one from organized labor, one from the field of education, and one from the public at large. These members shall be appointed by the Mayor with the consent of the City Council.

§ 32.21 TERM OF OFFICE.
   One member of the Liquor Control Advisory Committee shall be appointed initially for a term of one year, one for a term of two years, one for a term of three years, one for a term of four years, and one for a term of five years. Successors thereafter shall be appointed for a term of five years each. The first committee appointed by the Mayor shall meet and draw lots to determine their terms respectively. The term of office of each committee member shall commence on June 1 in the year of his or her appointment.

§ 32.22 CHAIRMAN; MEETINGS.
   The Liquor Control Advisory Committee shall, at its first meeting each year, elect a Chairman from among its membership. The Committee shall meet thereafter at the call of the Chairman or at the call of any two other members thereof.
