(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any persons violating any of the provisions of § 130.02 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in an amount not exceeding $500 or be imprisoned in the county jail for a period not exceeding 90 days or be both so fined and imprisoned. (C) Any person found guilty of violating any of the provisions of § 130.15 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $500 or imprisonment in the county jail for not more than 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court.
