§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   Any persons violating any of the provisions of § 92.15 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in an amount not exceeding $500 or imprisoned in the county jail for a period of 90 days or both. Any minor whose age would place him or her under the jurisdiction of Probate Court shall be dealt with in accordance with Juvenile Court Law and Procedure.
      (2)   When any person or persons causes or commits any of the conditions herein enumerated in § 92.15(c), a police officer or any law enforcement officer shall order that person or persons to cease causing or committing such conditions and to move or disperse. Any person or persons who fails or refuses to obey such orders shall be guilty of a violation of this section.
   (C)   (1)   A person responsible for activity that violates § 92.30(B) or (c) shall be guilty of a municipal civil infraction as defined in state law (§ 113, M.C.L.A. § 600.113), and subject to a civil fine according to the following schedule:
 
First violation within a 3-year period
$50
Second violation within a 3-year period
$125
Third violation within a 3-year period
$250
Fourth or subsequent violation within a 3-year period
$400
 
      (2)   Additionally, the violator shall pay costs which may include all direct or indirect expenses incurred by the township in connection with the violation. In no case, however, shall costs of less than $9 or more than $500 be ordered. A violator of § 92.30 shall also be subject to such additional sanctions, remedies and judicial orders as are authorized under state law. Each day a violation of § 92.30 continues to exist constitutes a separate violation.
   (D) Any person who fails, neglects or refuses to vacate and leave an area of township owned property which has been closed pursuant to §§ 92.01 through 92.04, after being notified of the closure by the township and being requested to vacate and leave the closed area, is responsible for a civil infraction and subject to a penalty not to exceed $300 plus court costs.
   (E)   Any persons violating any of the provisions of § 92.16 above shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in an amount not exceeding $500 or be imprisoned in the county jail for a period not exceeding 90 days or both so fined and imprisoned. Any minor whose age would place him or her under the jurisdiction of the probate court, violating any of the provisions of § 92.16 shall be dealt with in accordance with juvenile court law and procedure.
