§ 92.31 LIMITATION OF TOWING WATER SKIS, WATER SLED, SURFBOARD OR OTHER SIMILAR CONTRIVANCE.
   On that portion of the waters of the Indian River between west of the I-75 Bridge and Burt Lake, within the township, Section 24, Town 35 North, Range 3 West, County of Cheboygan, State of Michigan, it is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to:
   (A)   Have in tow, or otherwise assist in the propulsion of, a person on water skis, water sled, surfboard, tube or other similar contrivance between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., on Saturdays and holidays during the months of June, July and August.
   (B)   The boundaries of the area described above shall be marked with signs and/or buoys. All buoys must be placed as described in the permit issued by the Department of Natural Resources and be in conformance with the state uniform waterway marking system.
