Sufficient basis for ordering closure of township owned properties or any part or parts thereof shall include, but are not limited to snow plowing or removal, prevention of camping in recreational vehicles on township property, safety hazards to persons or property created by congestion of traffic or numbers of people, security needs, control of disorderly persons, control of excessive numbers of persons using roller skates, roller blades or skateboards to the detriment of the free passage of vehicle traffic or pedestrians and the control of potential safety hazards to persons or property.
