(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Violation of the provisions of § 73.01 shall be a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed $500 or imprisonment for 90 days, or both, in the discretion of the court.
