(A) No person, firm or corporation shall sell or offer to sell on property not owned by such person, firm or corporation any motor vehicle, boat, trailer, snowmobile, mobile home, all-terrain vehicle or other commodity of any nature without first securing written permission from the owner of such property.
(B) No person, firm or corporation shall sell or offer to sell any motor vehicle, boat, trailer, snowmobile, mobile home, all-terrain vehicle or other commodity of any nature on the public right-of- way of the Straits Highway from M-68 to the Indian River Bridge nor on any township property.
