The township may hire such employees and agents as it deems reasonably necessary and convenient for the administration of the sanitary sewer system. The township may also appoint special committees or panels to address any issues that may arise to provide the Township Board with guidance. The Connection Inspector and any officer of the township are designated as township officials authorized to issue civil infraction notices and citations as provided in this chapter.
