The township, the Connection Inspector, the MDEQ, any agent of the township for any premises within the system’s service area and any agent of a constituent municipality shall have the right during any reasonable business hours to enter the premises of any user to inspect, observe, measure, sample and test to assure compliance with this chapter. Such persons shall provide identification upon the request of any property owner or occupant.
