In case a violation of any provision of the chapter constitutes or results in an imminent threat to the public health or safety or an imminent violation of an NPDES permit requirement, the township may immediately, upon written notice to the user, terminate the user’s use of the system. In other situations, service may be terminated after written notice and an opportunity for a hearing before the hearing panel. See § 50.099.
