The township may, in case of any violation of the provisions of §§ 50.065 through 50.072 order the user to pre-treat its sewage or to control the quantities and rates of its discharges to the public sewer. Such order shall be in writing and shall provide a date by which the necessary facilities are constructed, installed and put into operation. Users to which such an order is issued shall comply with the requirements of § 50.070 pertaining to the application for and construction and installation of such facilities.
